I spent hours probably a week in total by now with reporting the issues. Electrolux was first mentioned on pissedconsumer on jun 14, 2007 and since then this brand received 273 reviews. To leave me work in peace, when i complained ,i got discriminated against and my employment is terminated after 10 years !!!
Took 9 days to speak to a person in the repair company despite daily calls and 3 voice messages, a further 6 days for someone to come at look at the 1 yr old dishwasher.
A little bit of courtesy and understanding goes a long way. Ive been emplyed at electrolux call centre for 10 years , horrible place, my supercisor used to blackmail me, forcing me to give her mobey, buy her clothes, bras,undies!!! The customer service representatives have been responsive but have yet to resolve this problem and seem satisfied that the ball is rolling as they've said.
