Several emails later, still no response!! When i put a bad review i got 3 emails from 3 different people and they said they will get back to me, 3 days later they still haven't got back to me. A great poduct and a speedy service. When i put a bad review i got 3 emails from 3 different people and they said they will get back to me, 3 days later they still haven't got back to me. I ordered 125 tote bags and they only sent 119 and two of them were damaged. Was hoping to have shipment by now (11th nov) so i could give as a gift but its hopeless.
