The customer support i received in the welwyn garden city store from ian was excellent. Apparantley if there's a wall obstructing the bluetooth this will effect it but surely that's the point of the product to find your keys you've left behind i.e indoors behind a wall. Customer support is an absolute joke, just offer the same excuses i.e it's my phone, you know the one that cost around £1000 and is cleaver than a tile costing £20.
